Privacy policy
This covers this website only. It is a short document, because a site that describes what a studio sells does not need much about you. Each product we sell publishes its own policy for the data that product holds.
Last updated 30 August 2026
The short version
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.
- The only thing you can hand us is the contact form, and it asks for a name, an email address, and your message.
- We do not sell or share your information, and we do not send marketing email to an address that only ever wrote to support.
If you have an account with us, the document you want is that product’s own policy, which is longer because the product holds far more than this site does:
- The 2 of Us: privacy policy at www.the2ofus.app.
What this site collects
- What you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.
- Ordinary server logs kept by our host: the requested page, a timestamp, the IP address the request came from, and the browser’s user agent. They exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse.
- A short-lived record of contact form submissions per IP address, held in memory to rate-limit the form. It is not written to disk and does not survive a restart.
There is no account to create here, so there is no password, and we never ask for payment details on this site: those go to Stripe, inside the product you are buying.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Answering a message you sent us is our legitimate interest, and yours. Keeping logs and rate-limiting the form is our legitimate interest in a site that stays up and is not used to send spam. If you are somewhere that treats these as consent instead, sending the form is the consent, and you can withdraw it by asking us to delete the message.
Who else sees it
- Vercel hosts this site, so every request reaches it first, and the server logs above are theirs.
- Resend delivers the contact form to our inbox. Your name, address and message pass through it.
That is the whole list for this website. Both are processors acting on our instructions, not customers of ours. Beyond them, we disclose information only when the law requires it, and we will tell you if that ever happens unless we are forbidden to.
How long it is kept
- Contact form messages: as long as the conversation is useful, and no more than 24 months, unless it is a record of a refund or a legal notice, which we keep as long as the law requires.
- Server logs: for our host’s standard retention window, which is measured in weeks rather than years.
- Rate-limit records: one hour, in memory.
Your choices
Email support@cornfieldmedia.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will do it within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy in a portable form, to object to a particular use, or to complain to your data protection authority. We do not charge for any of this and we will not make it difficult.
Where it is processed
This site and its providers operate in the United States, so information you send through it is processed there. If you are writing from elsewhere, that transfer is necessary to answer you.
Children
Neither this site nor anything we sell is meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top moves. A material change is announced on this page before it takes effect.
